TBE's Board of Directors is an active group of leaders who provide vision and governance to the congregation as an organization. Their diverse perspectives and skills are reflective of the congregation, and they set the tone for our community's collaborative and forward-thinking culture. The board is committed to the task of ensuring that TBE continues to thrive and evolve for generations to come.
Strategic Plan
In April of 2019, the board of directors approved an ambitious five-year strategic plan that prioritizes inclusion, outreach and communication, investing in the next generation, organizational capacity building, and community growth. By articulating these priorities and charting a course to strengthen efforts in these areas, we will ensure a strong and vibrant future for Temple Beth El.
