Lifelong Jewish Learning

Who is wise? One who learns from every person.

Pirkei Avot 4:1

Adult Jewish learning is a vibrant part of community life at Temple Beth El. We meet in both formal and informal settings, offering a wide range of educational experiences: Torah study in cafes, Shabbatons led by scholars in residence, academic courses in our library, and discussions about how to apply Jewish values to our lives at distilleries. Funded by an endowment from the Wilson Family, our adult Jewish learning programs bring world-class scholars and thinkers to our community. Most sessions are free and open to all.

Children follow a more structured educational program in our religious school, Kadima Beth El.
