About Lauren

Lauren Fridling (she/her) spent 14 years at UBS
Investment Bank, most recently as the Head of UBS Neo
Partner Experience where she led high performing global
teams of product owners. She managed complex
initiatives overseeing the strategic planning, financial
management and annual budget forecasting for the UBS
Neo programs with budget allocations of $8-10m
annually.

Lauren serves on the Board of Directors of Temple Beth El
in Portland, Maine and in 2022 was elected Treasurer.
Following the outsourcing of the Temple’s accounting,
Lauren actively oversees the financial management, capital
allocation, financial services, and donor relations for the
nearly $7m Temple portfolio, including more than $1m in
annual operating costs.

Lauren is often found with her two rescue Great Pyrenees
Eloise and Quinn, out in the gardens as soon as the Maine
weather permits every spring.
