5783 High Holiday Mitzvah Project

During the days of awe we focus a lot of attention on our actions as individuals, but we are also compelled to consider how we as a community can work together to make a positive impact on the world around us. This year, we partnered with Michael Klahr Jewish Family Services to support the Joe Bornstein Winter Warmth Drive. Together with the JCA, MKJFS, and everyone throughout our community, we helped provide over 500 pairs of winter boots to Maine kids! Through this High Holiday mitzvah initiative, TBE members contributed $1368 to this important effort. Thank you so much for your participation!
