The Temple Beth El staff is happy to assist you in planning your lifecycle event.  We encourage members to make use of our kosher kitchen, social hall, foyer, courtyard, and classrooms as you consider arrangements for your event.  Here are some things to make sure you plan ahead for:

• All deliveries prior to Shabbat: All deliveries must arrive prior to 3:00pm on Friday. After that time nothing gets carried in or out of the building until an hour after sunset on Saturday.
• All cooking prior to Shabbat: All cooking must be completed prior to 3:00pm on Friday. After that time, only cold food prep or reheating can take place until an hour after sunset on Saturday.
• Know Your Kitchen: Anyone who will be cooking in the kitchen must receive an orientation from Chris Ramos, our kitchen manager. Please contact him to arrange a time to meet. The following is a list of caterers approved to use our kitchen.  Caterers and Servers ( 2011-08-25 23:43:07)
• Kiddush Sponsorship: Many people sign up in advance to sponsor a Kiddush in honor of a simcha or in memory of a yahrzeit. Please contact Sherri Quint, our bookkeeper to reserve your date.
