There are two Bet-Gimel classes, one taught by Morah Debbie Kanter and the other by Morah Rebecca Canter.  2nd Grade is the exciting year when students actually learn to read Hebrew and while we continue to sing, tell stories, and play games, Jewish learning becomes deeper and more intellectually engaging.  So that there is enough time to cover and do everything we need to, students also begin coming on Wednesday afternoons (3:30-5:30 p.m.) in addition to Sunday mornings (9:00 a.m. – noon).  Check back for teacher updates on this page.
