Who is wise? One who learns from every person.
~ Pirkei Avot (Sayings of the Fathers) 4:1

At Temple Beth El (TBE), we cultivate learning through formal and informal opportunities for all ages with a range of programs and educational offerings:

(Voice of the Children) - Sunday mornings monthly
Kol Yeladim, TBE's early childhood program, is a positive, fun, and educational introduction to the joys of Judaism, Shabbat, and the chagim (Jewish holidays) for children ages 2-4 and their families. All Kol Yeladim programs are free and open to the community.

Offering a variety of programming throughout the year, TBE's Adult Jewish Learning committee provides both formal and informal educational opportunities to TBE members and our community. Our programs include:

- Lectures
- Workshops
- Classes
- Lunch & Learn sessions
- Films

Please see our calendar or our weekly announcements for the latest class listings.

Through the generous support of the Wein Resident Scholar fund, TBE hosts programs with leading thinkers and artists to explore different facets of Jewish life. Program topics have included Jewish Environmentalism, Israeli Cinema, Anti-Semitism, the Significance of Jerusalem in Judaism, Christianity and Islam, and Food and American Jewish Life.

We welcome all those interested in learning more about Judaism and choosing a Jewish path.  Please contact Rabbi Braun if you are considering conversion. She looks forward to joining you on your journey.
