USY (United Synagogue Youth) is a United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism affiliated program for young people in grades 7-12.  Temple Beth El has an active United Synagogue Youth Chapter.  USY members under the direction of Dov Goldberg.  Other USY events include: leading Shabbat services at Cedars Nursing Home, monthly lounge nights, Old Port Scavenger Hunt, snow tubing, lunch in the Rabbi's Sukkah, and attending national and regional conventions.  Contact Dov Goldberg  for more information.
