The Governance Committee

• reviews issues central to the effective functioning of the Board of Directors,
• updates and implements the TBE Constitution,
• addresses policy and practice issues as directed by the Board,
• conducts training for Board leadership, and
• recommends nominations of Officers and Board members.

The committee may form a nominating subgroup with additional members that represent the diversity of Temple membership.  A slate equal to the number of vacancies of the Officers and the Board will be presented at the April Board meeting for Board approval and voted on at the Annual Meeting in May.
